Artist Vicki DaSilva creates artworks with light and long exposure images or videos. Many images of DaSilva’s work are available online. DaSilva’s light graffiti in particular tends to comment on social and political issues.
DaSilva’s exterior pieces use light to alter the existing environment and architecture, creating partitions out of light which is physically permeable + sketches which appear and then vanish in public spaces.

Wow?! This is so cool. This use of light reminds me of our class’s discussion of James Turrell.
