Attached below is a great article discussing how artist Kristen Visbal hopes to sell her ‘Fearless Girl’ sculpture as an NFT in order to cover the fees from a lawsuit regarding the installation of her ‘Fearless Girl’ piece. The NFT market presents an amazing opportunity for artists to have complete ownership over their work. Obviously, there are still legal issues with the rights to digital art but it will be interesting to see if Kristen is able to capitalize off of the NFT market.
