I just randomly found this awesome book in my house – I think my dad may have ordered it a while ago! I think I remember that one of the topics in this class that we are going to cover is data visualization, so this is the perfect book. It basically walks through a bunch of different tools and topics concerning visualization.
When I was leafing through, I recognized a few of the figures. They looked like they could have been created on Illustrator, and I thought that was so cool that I now know how to do that!
I’m excited to look through / read this book more, and also excited to see how it will relate to what we do in class.
