In South Philly’s ‘Electric’ Art Alley an anonymous artist has created a tiny tile row home that only stands a few feet tall. South Philly’s ‘Electric’ Art Alley sits just south behind Pat’s King of Steaks. The alley posses both planned and unplanned art. The anonymous artist, Klapaucius Frink, is encouraging other artists to go create more spontaneous art in this alley.
