teamLab is a Japan-based studio that consists of a collective of interdisciplinary artists who specialize in different fields from art, programming, mathematics, to engineering and CG.
I was introduced to them by a friend in the same major just awhile ago, thinking they are so cool, I thought I would like to share about them!
Their works range from different distinct media, but a predominant theme that can be seen across is their ability to “transcend” boundaries. Not only have they incorporated multiple senses into the artwork, coalescing the visual art, the music, and even tactile, their artwork is quite in of itself an environment that engulf the viewer entirely, as of it transports the viewer to an otherworldly realm:

Those installation works looks really interesting. I was at LA during winter break, and visited a place called Museum of Dream Space which houses similar works. Love seeing artists around the world experimenting with similar methods and coming up with drastically different end products.
