After having really enjoyed this week’s reading on the politics of design, I wanted to find more similar content, I stumbled upon this blog called “ethics in graphic design” that has a lot of great articles on how designers have addressed the pandemic, colorism in Bollywood, and the need to decenter whiteness in design. While this week’s reading showed how design is inherently political due to its entanglement with western-ideals, able-bodiedness, and racism, this blog shows how design can be used to address problems like these.
