For Kpop fans, albums released by their favorite groups and solo artists are more than just CDs. Albums are a way of not only showing support for one’s favorite musicians, but also a way for fans to build up their personal collections.
Kpop albums typically include various collectibles in addition to the standard CD. Some examples are assorted photo cards, stickers, postcards, and even slots in fansigns (events where fans can meet their favorite artists in-person). Because Kpop songs often have a central concept or theme, albums are designed to embody those main ideas.
Here are some artists’ albums that are favored amongst fans to have the best designs and execution!

Since I have roommates who are all very into kpop and like to display posters and photo cards around the dorm, it was nice to read about how something in my daily life is connected to this course.
