I watched the video which shows Laurie Anderson’s Chalkroom exhibit and was surprised to feel so many different emotions. First, I love the general idea and context of the exhibit. The floating words in the air made me feel as if I were in a dream state. The music in the background created a sense of suspense which I was honestly unsettling at times. Also, the feeling of floating in the air is also, I imagine, very disorientating but still fascinating. All in all, I really enjoyed her work and hope maybe one day I can experience it first hand.
