A new trend I’ve been seeing: making rugs. All of quarantined I have come across people picking up making rugs, which is an expensive hobby to pick up. However, most create to sell. I’ve noticed some designs are intricate or some come to be very simple and conceptual. I felt with our coding patterns and creating fashion with any materialistic it was appropriate to bring up rugs with patterns. I was reading this article the other day and wanted to now share and see if anyone else has seen this rug trend! This article only showcases Macarena Luzi, which are all very lovely.

Hi Sam, I didn’t see your post till now but I just made one about rugs as well! I’ve enjoyed seeing this trend grow and enjoy all the rich colors I see artists using — the palette of Luzi’s rugs are so lovely and the tufting looks so soft and fluffy. Love!
