A big throwback to a game that I remember playing in my childhood, but was super well constructed and an interesting project walkthrough from the original creator. The video within it is wildly entertaining as well, which I’ve linked here below for the sake of convenience – the explanation of his thought process and inspiration is super nice though, and the end product is absolutely insane. Thought it was a creative use of an unconventional medium to create an art piece out of a game that is incredibly imaginative and almost a theatrical experience. Definitely ties in well with our theme of using unconventional mediums (e.g. public spaces, coding, etc.) in order to express ideas, and this is a stellar example of that.

After seeing this, now I am thinking about all the childhood games I used to play that involved both coding and art (like the computer game Snake)!
