I am an avid spotify playlist listener, and I like to add pictures along with the titles I create. I also enjoy finding new pre-created playlists, by spotify or other users. I have found that it is the image at the front of a playlist that someone else has made that draws me in and sets the tone for what I am going to listen to. For me, the meaning or tone/vibe behind songs can be drastically altered by the title and imagery presented as the overarching theme. I think this is a very interesting thing to consider when releasing any sort of media, because the way it is presented can completely change the context and how it is interpreted, even if the content is all completely the same.
