As a user of the 3D program Blender for about 2 years now, it’s been really cool to see the program grow by steadily making improvements in all aspects of the 3D workflow. I picked up the program when version 2.8 came out, where the UI was massively improved, allowing the Blender community to greatly increase in size, and since then, many improvements and features have been added. Blender 3.0 is going to be a huge update and it’s coming very soon, in early December. The update will feature many great improvements, but the biggest one is the long-awaited official release of the Cycles X renderer, which is functionally the same as Blender’s original Cycles renderer, but makes renders in a much, much faster speed. I’m certainly really excited for it.
