I’m personally the (seemingly rare) owner of an Android phone, and one of my favorite features of the operating system is the depth of its customizability. One of the things that you can customize are the icons used to represent apps on the home screen – you can switch between them whenever you want. Many people use these custom icons to create a specific theme for their home screen. Here are some examples of themes others have created (you can find more here):
Even considering the convenience of owning an Apple device (iMessage, AirDrop, AirPods, etc.), these endless customization options are one of the primary reasons I, for now, will be sticking with my trusty Android phone.
